 |
The Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey Report examines the state of electronic discovery,

We are also a founding member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model Project.
|
 |
Launched in May 2005, the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) Project was
created to address the lack of standards and guidelines in the electronic discovery
market - a problem identified in the 2003 and 2004 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery
surveys as a major concern for vendors and consumers alike. The completed reference model
will provide a common, flexible and extensible framework for the development, selection,
evaluation and use of electronic discovery products and services. The completed model will
be placed in the public domain in May 2006.

RenewData is an active participant in the Sedona Conference as an RFP Vendor panel member.
|
 |
The Sedona Conference exists to allow leading jurists, lawyers, experts, academics and others, at the cutting
edge of issues in the area of antitrust law, complex litigation, and intellectual property rights, to come
together - in conferences and mini-think tanks (Working Groups) - and engage in true dialogue, not debate,
all in an effort to move the law forward in a reasoned and just way.
