Description
Document Review Services Technician, is a position that has the responsibility to prepare and organize our client's data. We are looking for an independent contributor with a background in information technology and eDiscovery reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Processing.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the eDiscovery industry where the preparation of client data using tools, such as Ipro eCapture, iConect, Attenex, and Kcura Relativity, was their primary responsibility.
Essential Functions
- Preparation and organization of client data
- Accurate configuration and setup of processing software per job requirements
- Compliance with established processes and procedures
- Processing of client data to include:
- Metadata and Text Extraction
- Exception Handling
- Quality Control
- TIFF Conversion
- Load File Creation and QA
- Custom Requirements validation and solution development
- Loading data into Review Repositories (iConect, Attenex, Relativity)
- Exporting selected data from Review Repositories
- Data Integration and Custom Deliverables
- Combining data from multiple Review repositories to create deliverables and reports
- Building custom load files and/or reports from one or more Review repositories/processing systems
Knowledge and Experience
- Four-year college degree program with major in a computer related field, or related experience
- 1-2 years experience in TIFF Conversion or Litigation Support production environment preferred
- Understanding of Legal review and production workflow preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
- Ability to learn and understand complex technical processes and concepts
- 1-2 years experience with Discovery Cracker, Ipro eCapture, Concordance, Summation, iConect, Attenex, Ringtail, Kcura Relativity preferred
