| In the course of a federal investigation, RenewData received an emergency request from a large governmental agency to harvest several custodian mailboxes and roaming
profiles from a number of backup tapes captured on a complex NetBackup system. The constricted deadline was a result of multiple failed attempts to extract the data by another e-discovery vendor. |
| Within 24 hours of the initial conversation, several members of RenewData's forensic collections team arrived at the client's site to perform the requested collection services in order
to meet the court-appointed deadline. The RenewData staff worked through the weekend to extract and collect the required information for all designated custodians under full chain-of-custody. The
collections team was able to complete the task within the time constraints, despite being subsequently asked to extract a second set of backup tapes to locate additional email files for the same set of
custodians. |
