RenewData Promotes Client Focused Executive to Chief Operations Officer

AUSTIN, TX - January 27, 2010 - RenewData, a leading provider of services for the discovery, archiving, review and governance of electronically stored information (ESI), today announced it has promoted Ed McCracken to the position of Chief Operations Officer. In this role, McCracken will lead the company's business operations focusing on the establishment and optimization of day-to-day service delivery for RenewData both strategically and tactically.

Prior to joining RenewData in 2007, Mr. McCracken served as the COO for Global Data Systems, Inc., delivering complex IT solutions and services to the legal, health care, finance and energy industries. Mr. McCracken has also held various senior management positions at Dell Financial Services.

Mr. McCracken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College and a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University. He is also a Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant.
