Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey Ranks Providers on Experience, Capacity, Breadth of Services, Consumer Ranking and Revenue Estimates

The survey report, which is conducted yearly by Socha Consulting LLC and Gelbmann & Associates, examines the demand for and consumption of domestic, commercial electronic discovery services and software. Results of the survey were based on data which was gathered from 69 consumers and providers through interviews and a self-paced survey.

Providers were ranked based on a set of five criteria which included; experience and reputation, capacity, types of services offered, consumer ranking, and revenue estimates. The final results were based on a weighted combination of the five criteria results rather than a single criterion. The "Top 5" providers are listed in alphabetical order in the report, without indication of individual ranking within the group.
