Seasoned Growth Company Investor Bobby Goswami Brings Financial Expertise to Board

Austin TX, Aug. 30, 2006 - RenewData, a leader in the development of the Information Governance, announced today that Bobby Goswami of ABS Capital Partners will be joining their Board of Directors. His nearly ten years of growth company investing, capital markets and consulting experience will expand the depth of financial management and leadership on the board.

ABS Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on growth companies, received the appointment as a result of its recent participation in the RenewData Series C funding. Mr. Goswami is a general partner at ABS where he focuses on investment opportunities in the technology and business services sectors. Since joining ABS, Mr. Goswami has worked with leading technology solutions providers in the portfolio such as OTG Software, Inc. (now EMC Corporation), Double-Take Software, Inc. and Emptoris, Inc., helping these companies to refine their business strategy, address new markets and position themselves for future opportunities.

Prior to joining ABS, Mr. Goswami was a member of the Alex. Brown Technology Investment Banking Group, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. He also held positions at both Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs in equity and fixed income financing, as well as M&A. Before entering investment banking, Mr. Goswami spent four years in the systems practice at Andersen Consulting. Mr. Goswami graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
