Electronic Discovery Leader RenewData Names Veteran CEO to Top Post

Austin TX, November 10, 2006 - RenewData®, a leader in electronic discovery, email archiving and compliance solutions for corporations and law firms, today announced the appointment of Ellery Buchanan as its CEO. He replaces Bob Gomes, co-founder of RenewData. Buchanan was previously the Company's CFO and has held the CEO post at two previous companies.

Buchanan, an accomplished senior executive with 25 years of experience in strategic and executive management positions has been with RenewData since 2004. Prior to RenewData, he served as the CEO of Nanovance, the executive vice president of the New Jersey Nanotechnology Consortium (NJNC) the founder, chairman, CEO and president of Integrated Solutions, Inc. (ISI), the senior vice president of marketing and corporate development for Ultratech Stepper, and senior vice president and general manager - sales and service division for GCA Corporation. Mr. Buchanan received a BA degree from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Graduate Division.
