Processing

RenewData provides de-duplication for large volumes of information and helps ensure that unique metadata and original content are stored only once. The result is that less time is needed for processing of significantly more media and less storage space is required for the resulting data.

Electronic documents are processed with complete text and metadata preserved and indexed for search accuracy. Virtually any type of media may be processed for emails and user files and the RenewData methodology minimizes the amount of data channeled into the reviewing tool and subsequent production of the data.
