In order to further cull the data, RenewData works with clients to research and identify the appropriate custodians and/or directories. If the client prefers, RenewData experts will generate reports to assist the client in data targeting.

File Listing Reports
When filtering data, RenewData uses proprietary tools to incorporate the requirements provided and a methodology that maximizes the relevancy of the resulting data. Then, utilizing a variety of reports and sampling techniques, RenewData tests and fine-tunes the results to ensure accuracy.

Filtering capabilities also include foreign language character searches within document and email body text, as well as metadata fields. RenewData supports Unicode-encoded character sets and can process and filter documents written in any language supported by Unicode.
